Jalal Hammari is an Industry 4.0 Engagement Manager. In his last 10 years, he has been working for different companies in USA, Germany, France and Africa driving their digital transformation in the area of Engineering, Manufacturing and Services.

He is currently working for Siemens Digital Industries Software as an Engagement Manager for the Automotive Industry.

Jalal Hammari is engaging with Automotive Tiers and OEMs helping them throughout the Digital Transformation Journey, from the definition of a value centric Vision and Strategy throughout the derivation of the Roadmap and the technology-oriented solutions as well as the accompaniment of the successful implementation. He is helping the Automotive Industry moving from an Industry 3.0 business to a successful industry 4.0 business along with the mindset shift toward an agile digital enterprise. His area of focus is PLM (Product Lifecycle Management, MES (Manufacturing Execution System), QMS (Quality Management System), Automation, IoT (Internet of Things) and AI (Artificial Intelligence)

Jalal Hammari is also a Founder, mentor and Industry 4.0 lecturer at the University of Duisburg-Essen.
