He is leading innovation topics across the organization via co-pace, the startup and innovation arm of the company and is in charge of the operations in Israel.

He is also leading the external innovation engagements with the Tire and Contitech divisions of the company worldwide in the fields of industry 4.0 and smart materials.

Yaron has an extensive financial background working for Deloitte and various private equity companies worldwide.

He has been part of the Autotech industry leading the operations of Delphi/ Aptiv in Israel and working closely with various OEMs.
