Rahima Yakoob is working as Customer Success Lead for Cloud Computing platform at Mercedes-Benz AG. Rahima Yakoob has more than 10 years of professional experience in automotive industry.

She holds Masters in IT Software Technology, MBA in Industrial Management and currently pursuing her PhD at HHL Leipzig for chair IT-based Logistics. Her PhD research topic is ‘Technology based transformation in automotive supply chain - role of organizational development’.

Her research focuses on how automotive supply chain is transforming due to technology disruption and how organizations can manage the transformation in a successful way. Through her PhD research she has gained broad expertise in automotive supply chain, mobility and transportation industry. Rahima Yakoob is also visiting lecturer for MBA program at Esslingen University, Germany teaching Organizational Development & Digital Transformation & IT-Strategy.
